HLI Laredo is strategically located to provide transloading and transportation for cargo being transported between the USA and Mexico, and from Mexico to Canada.

Our Laredo location is a 14 acre, fully-fenced and secure transloading and storage facility handling. Transloading cargo at the border bridges the gap in the laws and regulations required for heavy haul trailer shipments in Mexico and the United States, allowing us to choose the best equipment for shipping in each country. Our clients can count on HLI’s vast knowledge of the intricacies of transporting their over-dimensional loads through this important border port whether the shipment is southbound into Mexico or northbound into the United States and Canada. On site, we have four large cranes capable of lifting 140, 150, 200 and 275 tons, three 36,000 lbs capacity forklifts, and one 12,000 lbs capacity forklift. The yard itself is fully fenced with an internet-accessible 24/7 camera monitoring system and a security guard present overnight to keep all items in storage secure. Once the cargo is on the road, HLI can provide a computerized GPS system to track your cargo 24/7 and provide you with daily reports of the exact location and status throughout its journey.
